meet Linda

Linda Sawyer is an essayist, taking her readers on adventures through travel and helping relieve tension through Know What Bugs Me?, a humorous look at the little everyday things in life that drive us crazy. She’s a short story author and novelist featuring protagonists whose faith is tested in issues current today. She’s a Writer’s Workshop short story winner and a finalist in the Writer’s Digest flash fiction picture prompt contest.

Living in six states, raising children for thirty-six years and having a successful career in a wallpapering business before becoming a critical care nurse equips her with fertile soil for endless stories.

When she isn’t writing, she’s got a camera in her hand looking for the next beautiful flower, unusual cloud formation or interesting church steeple.
